Swedish model Emma Hallberg was well-known online, although it's likely none of her fans would've ever recognized her in person.
That's because Ms. Hallberg liked to style herself as a person of African hertitage, in a phenomenon known popularly as 'blackfishing' - basically it's when non-African people use cosmetic means to appropriate the skin color, hair-style and general physical appearance of a black person as seen above.
Ms. Hallberg made some attempts to deflect by accusing photographers, makeup artists, basically anybody but her (the one actually in the blackface makeup).
Needless to say, she got cancelled with a quickness (as she should have)
